Moidam 1 is one the largest Moidams on the site, which measures about 86.40 m in diameter and 17.00 in in height. Atop the Moidam, there are remnants of a rectangular Chao Cha Li (a temple-like small building serving as Muangklang, the golden ladder connecting heaven and earth). So far. this Moidam is the only example of a rectangular Chao Cha Li; other examples are octagonal on plan. Moidam 1 has also been provided with an octagonal dwarf wall that surrounds it from all sides.
